Check this install instruction out. It's suppose to go over the stock bumper.

I think that's a full front lip(mugen replica), so it probably replaced the stock one.</TD></TR></TABLE>
The Mugen lip for the 94-97 front does not replace the lower half of the bumper. It is a very tight fitting overlay. It should have double sided tape along the top edge and inside of the grill.

So do any of them replace the bottom stock lip(of the mugen lips), or is it just certain ones that don't?

So if I take that halfbumper lip thing off my stock lip will still be there? How hard is double sided sticky tape to remove? is there gonna be left over marks on the stock bumper?

I would say that a typical lip does not replace the bottom half of the bumper (part 2 in the diagram). That piece is structural to the bumper cover.

Your bumper should still be there. Check this by simply feeling underneath. You will most likely have rub marks in the paint and adhesive from the glue. It is in your best interest to leave the lip.

No it does not. It is an overlay. Check the pdf link in this post. There is a diagram of the WW Mugen replica. It is a similar design to the genuine Mugen lip. It is called a lip for a reason. If it replaced the lower hlaf of the bumper, it would be called a bumper.

the wings west one sits over stock. my friend had one, i think he was the only person who installed a 94-97 ww lip on a 98 front bumper. but anyways, check out the first pic. im pretty sure that is a replacement lower half bumper. i know for a fact they do exist and they are urethane the same as a ww lip. only way to tell which he really has is for him to check.
