I just bought myself a 89 CRX si and I have a couple of questions i wanna ask you guys.....
1)The Accelerator of my 89 CRX si is kindda hard. Is there a way to make it softer?
2)what's the Difference in the si models and the other models?

Si's have multiport fuel injection, while most of the other civics/crxs are dual point, all but the hf. Regardless, the si is the sportiest, with the firmest suspension, most supportive seats, etc.

As for the hard throttle... hmm. it could be a number of things.. your throttle body might be all gunked up, itd be a good idea to take it off and clean it up. It could also be that your throttle cable is frayed within its housing and is about to break. That has happened to me with another car...

 

resource.crx.org that should answer most of your questions about the differences, as for the accelorator...could just be a stiff cable...that would be my guess...
