ok so i bought this 00 si civic thinking it had the stock engine in it. I later find out that it has a b16a. its top out speed is only 123 mph and doesnt seem to take off very well and also doesnt accelerate like it should.. i got a check engine light on and it says v-tec control something. i took my v-tec apart and there was oil running thru it. i hooked up an oil pressure guage to it and had enoguh pressure i dont remember what it was and i had 12 volts running thru it. i cheecked the filter and it was clean also. sumone plz help.
