Default HELP....Engine immobilizer

Im putting a 99+ spec ITR engine into my 99 honda civic and have to disable the engine immobilized how do i do this? I f i go Hondata will that fix the problem or how about a chipped ecu? Pleae help

Its a rectangular chip, usually the thief that stole the engine and sold it to you should have it prepared..

I understand the need for security on this matter would it help if i posted the receipt for the engine puchased form hmotorsonline?
