Default Head Gasket small oil leak after rebuilt

i finished upgrading my engine upper end.
New cams, gears,IM,Valve springs and retainers, 64mmTB.
Engine sound good but it need to be tune due to bigger cams.
But in one area of the headgasket, i see a little oil leak that is coming between the headgasket.
Why is this happening.
Is a cometic headgasket and only has 1,000 miles
I hope this leak would go away. i dont want to take this apart again.
I let the engine idle for 10min after rebuilt.
Should i let it run more
