English instruction for Apexi N1 suspension

I haven't passed the inspection with the Apexi N1 suspension because the inspector needs to know the specs like spring rate etc.

The specs are all on the instruction/manual, but unfortunately my is in japanese.

Any idea where I can find english specs for the N1 Type-R 99 Spec? They're not on the Apexi USA website.

If you'd like, I can send you the instructions that we use for installation of our coilovers. The basic design is the same, adjustments can be made the same way (as far as I know), and its all going on the same chassis.
