Leaking?? WTF?!?
Just swapped on a Skunk 2 IM, AEM fuel rail and accel injectors....Since the skunk 2 said that every line (i.e coolant and vacuum) would be used again...along with all the sensors
Def wrong tho....so i had to put it together with the hoses i had....
Got evrything in and took it for a spin....started to leak radiator fluid...but i cant find out where in the hell its coming from....
Its hard as **** to get behind there and look at the stuff...but when i lifetd the car to see underneath...i couldnt see where it was coming from...
Its coming from somewhere behind the block?...could it be a waterpump?...or just something i did wrong?....TIA

I used a new IM gasket....itsa pain in the *** to do but i guess i will have to take it off so that i can see back there..

Start the car and look at the intake manifold where it meets the head from the passenger side of the car. Check for any leaks. Did you use a new gasket? or one of those thermal gaskets?
i used a new gasket..it doesnt leak from the line that goes into the pass side of the IM where it meets the block..its somewhere behind there....underneath of the IM on the block somewhere i think....
i tried a mirror....so much **** tho....its hard to get behind there and see even with that....Ill try again tomorrow...im going to be pissed if i have to take it off and put a new gasket on when i just put one on 2 days ago....
I know its not coming from the iacv....uhhh...****** thing...

That's the only place that it's prone to leak at ...the water passage where the IM meets the head. Especially since you just installed the IM. That is, if it's not a hose leaking. I'd pull the manifold.
Well...i guess im going to pull the IM off..
It's a real PITA...but it has to be done...
Might as well do a lil wire tuck while im at it!!
