Default S300 problem Smacking 9200rpm in the d series

I dunno ive checked the program set for 7800 and when i do a run in first i do a run and i redline 1st and it smacks the rev limiter hard **** second get a backfire and gone. Im wondering if maybe the motor is just allowed to rev soo fast in 1st the motor over revs or hondata program is having probs.

Anyone else have this issue?
