Default OEM Acura Kit

Hey guys, quick question. I heard that the Oem Acura lip kit is available, but only through the dealership. Is this the only way to get one. Thanks. Matt

The OEM kit was only offered as an option from 98-01. No longer available at the dealer. Your best bet would be to find a set used or get some replicas off ebay.

The front lip is still offered since it came standard on the 98 00-01 type R's

Good luck finding a cheap OEM optional kit in the market...some people are charging up to 500 dollars for perfect side skirts...you might be lucky, though. My friend just picked up the side skirts for $60.00!!!!...because the guy didn't know what type of side skirts they were. LOL

Thanks guys, I figured that I would end up having a tough time finding them. My buddy picked up a kit but he also shelled out over a grand for it. Matt

And what company is this? I always wondered why no one would remake the kit when there is such a demand for it.

:semi-Offtopic:

Does any body have pics of their cars with only the front lip and sideskirts on without the rear valences?

I have a chance to get the side skirts and just wandering how they will would look like.

i got my front lip for $100 and my side skirts for $60, both authentic acura and i was lucky. everyone is asking $250 for the rear valences!! i'll just wait til i get lucky with them

quick question, How bad was your rear camber?

I see that package came with a Rear camber kit.

I had my Accord pretty low (Not low as yours) and my rear camber wasnt really altered.

It took me about an hour and a half to adjust it (first time doing any suspension work or adjusting camber) It could have been worse
After I got it aglinged I had to redo the cmber, the guy made it worse than when I brought it in.

Im only gonna go with the front camber kit...

Its going to be lowered just enough to get rid of the wheel gap on 15" stock wheels.

There is no way I am raising that car, I love the ride height. And as far as the rear camber kit it came with the set up. The link I have above is the same place and same set up that I bought mine from. But thanks.
