i just bought a 95 honda accord from a kid and it has problems with it the motor wont go past 4000 rpm when in gear but in nutral it will? they changed it fron an automatic to a manual trans .. they never change anything else just the transmission.. what could be wrong please help did they need to change the ecu or wire anything different? if so please let me know thanks
