I have a friend who is going to swap a B18C1 into a Civic DX with a D16Y8. What are the things that have to be done, so that he passes the BAR ref.? Where can we go do this, does anyone know of a place around the IE, OC or LA in Cali? Help me, Help him...Thanks HT.
