Crower stroker kit with 87mm bore and 95mm stroke, with high compression, and good cams, and get it tuned.

Cant do much cause the c1 was intentionally de stroked for high rpm use... although for an all motor setup ... a CAI and 421 header would help...
sell the teg and get a muscle car
why do have a teg if you want torque? if you dont appreciate the thing that makes the c1 so great (high rpm power) you dont need to have it, give it to someone who will.

He's right. I have owned a GT Mustang (gears, LT's, Catback, intake) A 99 Cobra (exhaust, intake) 00 SS Camaro (exhaust) and my 99 GSr I had.
You will never get the torque out of that integra like a muscle car. For more Torque NA, add a header exhaust intake and cams. But most mods for these cars increase mid to upper range power, where they were designed to be ran.

technically you can get a badass torque converter, although you would need to do a manual to auto swap
BEFORE YOU FLAME ME
Technically it is possible to create a torque converter that will more than double the amount of torque put out by the motor, this however will rob the car of wheel horse power, but will have enough torque to get you the first 60 feet of a 1/4 mile... the rest can be won if the torque converter has a locking clutch inside. The locking clutch allows both halves of the torque converter to lock together and will spin at the same RPM as the crank shaft. I dont know if such a converter exists that will fit on a b-series motor and auto-tranny, but it is possible

LS crank and rods would give more tq and bump up the displacment a bit..Or try and find a B20 block ..And maybe do the B20/VTEC conversion with high compression and agressive cams with 4 throttle bodys....

Well if its tq you want you'll never feel it harder then in a big block muscle car..Ever been in a muscle car before? Only thing that sucks is the gas
