Default Looking at GSR rims

i got an offer to buy '96 GSR wheels (6-spoke/"snowflakes") painted flat black with Dunlop SP-9000 for $300. tires have 70%-80% and rims have light scratches and decent finish, but overall nice shape (no bends...). i don't no too much about teg rims, so is this a good deal? i trust the seller for the condition, but I'm not sure about the worth of these wheels. any comments on the deal is appreciated. thanks alot for the help and time

thanks for your response...

...the reason why i'm after these is b/c i found out they're the lightest GSR wheels and I liked the look (especially w/ no center caps and the flat black paint). even with the tires , you think its only worth $150? thanks, i was just a little confused (and now i plan on offering a much lower price).

^^^^^^those are them, except their painted and look ALOT better w/o the center caps (btw, how much did you get for your set??)

^^^^^these are the actual wheels

well they are very hard to get those rims just got rid of a set.
for the same ammount of $$$ you mentioned
wich are the ones in the pic...
so if you could beat him on the head go ahead but if not godd luck trying to find a set in near good condition...
IMO they look a lot better than hammers or SI's
but not as great as the swirlies in wich you could almost pay $500 for a set here in NY

$300 seems to be the going rate for the more less desireable OEM wheels with tires. I'd say its a decent deal, but it wouldnt hurt to offer lower and see what the seller says.

$300 with shipping is actually a really good price. Its gotta be around $100 or so to ship so I'd say you are getting a great deal.

^^^the seller is border-line local. i have to see which is cheaper, shipping or gas/tolls. i have a feeling i'd have a rough time finging the smae type of rims any closer to me...but i do plan to bring the price down a little bit.

That's the first time I've seen those rims on an integra. I always thought 96 GSR and below came with fat fives and 98 and up came with the blades. Then the 97 GSR came with the 98+ LS wheels (my year). Well, I think those rims look ok. If you like them, buy em.

96 GSR's and SE's have the same wheels like the op wants to buy. 97 GSR has the meshies. 98-01 GSR has the swirlies. 98 LS has the 14 inch web ones. they only came on that one year and the one body style(non-vtec models.) 99-01 LS's have the meshies too.

The rim's look okay, but if you are spending $300...you should just shell out the additional 100 and buy yourself a pair of 1999 Integra blades. It's your decision, if you like them a lot then go a head and buy them..

eh you can get a better set of wheels if you add a little extra on top of that.

i'm not a fan of the 'twisted'/'swirled' spoke look. i know those are usually the most popular rims with integra owners, but i like the style of the snowflakes better
