what would this do to a stock GSR?

Probably increase the rev limit but not the power unless you have the valvetrain and cams to support it.

probably lose power since your motor is stock. If in fact it is a real deal spoon sports obd2 itr ecu, it would probably be tuned for one of their blue printed crate race motors ...and why would you want to convert obd1 to obd2?

You can so easily chip your OBDI ECU. Why switch to ODBII?
