rolled my HB...
i rolled my HB lastnight. i will have parts up for sale soon including GSR motor, Form and Function full-coilovers, integra LS seats and other miscellaneous parts.
the long and short of it is that i over-steered a sharp turn. the roll didn't occur until my driver-side wheel caught a drain pipe sending me into a double barrell roll. pics up soon. and for those who feel it necessary to tell me how stupid i am, no need. i know that it was stupid of me to do it.
*technical edit* the axles are busted because of the wheel catching the pipe. how will that affect the transmission?
i'm just trying to keep this from being a total loss. i think i'm going to get a Geo Metro for my next car. *sigh*
i'm really very fortunate to be without any injuries. not even a scratch.
anyways, keep it on the track.

That's all that really matters. Also hopefully you, and others that may read this, have learned from it.
Glad to hear you are okay,
Cheers.

Generally most accidents happen because someone does something stupid, at least you recognize that.
Good to see you weren't hurt, and are those seats in black leather.

Glad you made it thru ok. Having that GEO metro will certainly avoid any speeding. Good luck with the sale and good luck with finding a new car.
You should make a thread with the parts u got in the classifieds.

ah expletive all them people who say u were being stupid, it's good, it's good that you're okay and I'm sorry for your loss...
I would buy ur GSR engine so fast it'd make ur head spin but right now I have college courses to pay for and my finances are at a deficit so I can't swap right now.....
But those parts you listed should sell fast, so that's a plus, iono why ur going with a geo metro though :-P You should go with another honda or older non-vtec integra if you don't have that much $
best of luck to u man

Sorry to hear about your car. Ya know though cheap cars are really better for the week. Save the racing for the weekend.

Why doesn't it belong here? It's a civic forum, he's talking about a civic...true it's not "technical" but I mean c'mon, it's not like the civic forum is flooding w/ off topic posts
People say hi here....people accept them
People report their cars stolen here, that's not technical in any way, shape, or form
So people report their accidents w/ civics here, I really see no difference and no reason to flame this guy...

Did it run upside down? Or spend any time on its back while not running?

after doing three barrell rolls in 5 or 6 seconds i landed on all four wheels. hell, it might have been less. the engine was off when i landed though. no significant time was spent on my roof.
