Default Looking for a certain color paint....

I'm looking for a silver/blue color. Basically, like you took a silver car, and *very lightly* dusted with a steel blue.

I've looked at luxury cars, OEM colors, etc... can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

You guys have any recommendations on this color?

The idea is for my RS daily to get a new look in a year or so and I've never been a big looks kind of guy. A color change and new interior seemed in order for something that I want to enjoy on my drive to work everyday.

Interior will be black with Sparco seats and rear seats covered in black Sparco material.

Anyway, help finding an OEM color (dont' care who's OEM) like this would be great!

This is a color for the Hybrid that's close, but I'm looking for something a little darker.

if you are doing the paint yourself your jobber will have an unabridged dictionaty sized book of paint chips that you can look through to find EXACTLY what you want. if you find a couple colors that are close but not exact, they can tint it and get it damned close.

if a body shop is doign the work, chances are theyll have the same chip books. you dont HAVE to have an oem paint code to paint your car.

Yeah, I didn't know if it was easier or cheaper to use an OEM paint code or not. I guess all paint/body shops just have colors on hand that they mix to the correct code?

Sorry, blonde moment.

Yeah, I'm going to have to get a custom color I think. It's close, but a little too dark.

Thanks for the help guys and the info.
