So my buddy has a 95 gsr he put a skunk2 IM on it and then we got the skunk2 68mm TB on it last night. There's a problem though, for somereason the stock gsr bracket and cable are all weird on the new TB and he idles a little higher probly cause the throttle wont close all the way but pretty close. Also we dont think he is getting actual full throttle. Anyways i've done some research and it sounds like the ITR bracket and cable will fix this? Some clarification would be really great. thanx.

 

ITR bracket is neccessary. This is what I have heard as well but have not witnessed it first hand.

screw skunk2 throttle...I have one and its a piece of ****....there throttle coil sucks and leaves you with a higher engine rev. If you close the plate up it gets shut tight....kinda hard to explain but I rather get my stock maxbore........I have it with itr cable and bracket....doesnt help much....the throttle just sucks.....

 

your friend will need to get a chip ecu to run a single runner cause the skunk2 im is eliminates the secondary runner
