Well... more problems with the hatch (95 cx).
Ok, so before I purchased the car it was broken into, and they screwed up the mirror, door and window, no idea how. So I had the door off and tryed adjusting it up, no success... Further inspection revealed that the bottom pin is missing the cap on the bottom, causing it to be loose. Could that be the reason it drops a little when I open it? Also, i'm missing the stop (brass? looking stop betweeen door and car), which I couldn't see having much to do with it. This is the same car that has the top welded on, and the door i'm having issues with is also from a different car, but it lines up fine until I try and open it.

could also be the hinge pins are just plain worn... they're cheap; get a new set, install them, and see if the door still sags when opened

Just go down to an auto parts supply store - they're cheap, and anything on eBay will probably cost you that much again in shipping...
