car missfires when cold

car missfires when cold
when i start my car in the morning it missfires till it warms up what can the problem be? also sometimes it idles really low and then it'll go back to normal. its a b18c1 swap i know that it smells like crazy fuel when the car is on was thinking maybe a fuel problem. if anyone knows about this let me know
