Default drag slicks too small???

I'm planning to get some drag slicks for my 93 civic hatch w/ b18c1 with i/h/e and chippeg p72. Would 20-8-14 be too small?? I was thinking atleast something with more height like 22-8-14. Any opinion would be deeply appreciated. Thanx.

I ran some 20x8-14 Mt slicks on my bone stock gsr eg. They worked just fine with that kind of power. With barely any seat time, I was hitting 1.9 60s. I know I can drop them down to a 1.8 with more practice.

i used 20x8x14 in my eg hatch b18c1 70shot dynoed 252whp i was cutting 1.85 all day, but i had to drop tire pressure down to 6psi to do so. I would have much rather had 22x8x13 if i had the funds at the time.
but if your in the 14's. 20"s will be fine

Stick W/ the 20's.

I was able to cut low 1.7 60's on them (M/T 20x8's).
