anybody know the weight of 14inch steelies compared to racing rims such as slips? wanted to buy a set of slips but remembered i have 4 mint steelies wit brand new summer tires on them so if its not big diff ill keep them. thanx

 

I wouldn't think they would weight over 10-12 pounds. Not sure though I have blades. 19lbs with tires

steelies alone weight more then 12lbs. i have slips and can pick up the rim alone with my pinkie, couldnt do that with steelies. and also, i highly doubt your blades WITH TIRES weight total of 19lbs. my 15" slips (12lbs) with avs es 100's weight 32lbs each with tire.

 

My steelies with tires weighed in at 37 lbs each

 

my 14 inch steelies are heavier than my slips. Damn i should of got the hx rims instead of the steelies.

 

I think I read somewhere that they weigh 18lbs. I could be wrong though.
