will 235/60/15 tires fit on 15" rota slips?

I think 225 mm is the widest for 7.5". Why do you want wide tires?

cause the class im running in doesnt allow slicks, so i want to get some beefy drag radials

My suggestion is to getting wider rims with a more negative offset than +40.

well i dont want to spend a grip, i'll probably just get som 215/55/15 drag radials.

Look up the spec sheet for your specific tire from the manufacturer. It should list a range of "approved rim widths"

can you explain to me what offset is? im completley clueless on what offset is.

Not a negative offset, a more negative offset compared to +40 so you can have a wide tire without it rubbing on the inside of the fender well. But you won't be able to lower the car.

Too much and you will get rubbing on the inside on the fronts when you turn

Why do you want such wide tires anyways? Just get the right size, probably 195/50-15 or 195/55-15 depending on your car, and concentrate on getting better tires. With a give budget you can either get really good regular tires or poor quality wide tires. You will get much more performance out of good quality tires than wide tires.

If you want a wide wheel base, just get extended studs and put your steelies on backwards. JK

on ym time attack civic i have extended lugs, wheel spacers, 18 ofset 15x8.5's and 245x45x15's all around.

It's amazing.
