Honda Accord EX 92 Brake Bulb

Honda Accord EX 92 Brake Bulb
I need to change my rear Break Lamp but it has a cover on the back top truck. I dont want to damage the covering close to the glass.
Does any one have any suggestions on how to remove the cover to replace the bulb. Also do you know what type of bulb it is?
Any info would help great. last thing I need to get a fix it ticket for a dead bult. PLease Help.

The bulb can be replaced from inside the trunk of the car.... just reach in... twist... remove... put a new one.... twist and that's all!!
