Default best header and exaust for integra type r

i'm planning to get an after market header and exhaust for my integra type r. does anyone knows which header and exhaust is better. dc? comptech? 4-2-1? 4-1? other?

toda is a great off the shelf header.

the only thing better is custom like sms, hytech, etc.....
