so this summer i want a new car

i seen a gs-r sedan for sale and i was wondering if u guys think i should do it...

okay so the car has is 4-door which is a turnoff for me but this car makes it look good

it got a pretty nice body kit... motegi rims 17" i belive... lowered... very nice blue paint... its been repainted... i think he has a sound system... when i looked it had 2 amps and 2 subs but not sure... and the car has about 13x,xxx miles... almost 140,000
and he is asking 6,000 for it... i was wondering if i should get it or try to get a lower price

oh yeah its a 95 by the way ... and what are some things i should check for in the engine and stuff when i go look at it?

 

Now, this is just me...

I would never, under any circumstances buy a car that has already been modded. You really have no idea whether he did and good job on the stallation or if the shop he brought it to did a good job either. It's just too risky.

With that aside, if you really are itching to buy... I consider it a high mileage car. The asking price in my opinion is alittle high. I would ask about 1,300 less than what he is offering it for. Afterall, it is a modded car and it probably closer to what the car is actually worth.

 

i would offer him $4000 at the most

 

oh i just found out that the body kit is molded... and it would be hard to get it off

edit: and its probably riced out, because motegis are ricer rims...so its probably not in that great of mechanical condition..but i could be wrong

 

Find another one. If you wrecked a panel, it would be extremely expensive to replace it considering the pieces are molded and bonded to the actual body.
