Oil Leaking
I have a 96 LS. What is the best repair method to stop oil that is leaking out of the front cam seal. the oil is leaking from the front/exhaust cam on the same side as the distributor. I assume the obvious, remove the valve cover, and replace the cam seal(if there is one there) and replace the valve cover gasket.
Any one with a similar problem?
I would be greatful for your input.....

i just changed mine a few weeks ago, its a piece of cake.
go to acura and buy a new valve cover gasket and cam plug. remove your valve cover. then there are 4 screws that hold down a piece of metal over the cam plug, remove these 4 screws, then remove the piece of metal (not sure what the piece of metal is called, but it goes over the cam shaft). then remove the old cam plug, clean the area with a rag, and replace with the new one. use some honda bond or rtv gasket sealant on the plug...it makes a better seal. torque the 4 bolts down, put valve cover back on and torque down the screws. then call it a day.
