They have inserts that you put the engine mounts. This is where I got mine: http://www.secureleadercom.com...sdesc

3M Window Weld, Part #08609 Cost is around 10-15 bucks at local Automotive stores.

you can either fill your current ones, which are probably ugly and ripped to ****. or get some new inserts from http://www.lightningmotorsports.com

just take em out, fill them, wait about 5-6hours for them to fully dry, and put em back.

when taking out the mounts, make sure you use something to support that part of the engine. you dont want your other mounts to break.

here is a full DIY
http://importnut.net/motormount.htm

please learn how to search.

i prefer 80a shore liquid urethane than the windo weld. i have windo weld in my side mount and its not a strong as the liquid urethane that you mix and pour.

ahh, theres the one I was looking for. I could only find the other one, so yea, lol.

just remember tho, the the harder/stronger the mounts are, the more rough your ride will be.
