Default Neuspeed springs sagging??

I have tokico blues/ Neuspeed sport. I have had them for about a year now with know problems. I notice the rear driver side is lower then the rear passeger side. It is noticable to the eye. Is it possible the spring is sagging. Is there any other signs that would let me know if its the spring or the shock?

No it sits like this with nobody in the car. I think it may be the srping itself. Has anyone else had this problem?
