Koni question
I know is has been asked and I searched but can not find and answer. I just got my Koni Yellows and they have three notch's with a cir clip, I have ground controls and I'm just wondering where should I set the cir clips and should the front be set same as the back.(in the box the fronts are on the top and the rears are in the middle.)
And the other things is from what I understand from reading is that I will have to cut my stock bump stops in half?

Since you will have an adjustable operch on your GC sleeves, it doesn't really matter what groove the circlip is omn but most folks put the circlips in the lowest groove on the shock becasue the length of the GC sleeve is normally logn enough that you won't have to go too high on it. I put mine on the bottom groove but it is not a big deal.

It depends on the car and your target ride height but trimming the bump stop is pretty likely and halfway is normally no a bid deal. Check with someone who has your same car first. Most CRX/EF people cut them in half but they use much smalled bump stops than the later cars.

It is a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects and wear out for the life that you own the car registered for street use. This means if something about the shock was not made correctly and it failed from it's own casue during normal use, then they will be replaced for free. if the issue is casued by external damage from installation, misues, competition, etc. then the warranty does not cover it. The warranty does not transfer to s second owner of the car or shocks.
If you think you have a warranty situation, contact Koni warranty dept. at 859-586-4100 option 6. They will ask you for some basic information and a copy of the purchase receipt and the registration of the car (showing you bought them new and you still own the car on the street).
