can i just trace this off my monitor and place it on the fender?

its close...thats the same template I used
you will have to do some adjustment trimming

Save the image.
Print it 1:1

Check some of the measurments on it with a ruler just to see how good it is before you go cutting anything...

I would never trace it off of a monitor tho.

i wouldnt trace it off the monitor. im using a 20' and a 17' monitor and that template looks huge for a sidemarker. maybe if you find a correct monitor size you can trace it lol

definately definatley close, when u print it on 8.5x11 paper with stock margins, should be exact..
