H1 wing rule
In the rules it says when viewed from above the wing may not extend beyond the bodylines more than 1.5 inches. Am I correct in assuming there is no height limit on wings in H1?

OK I don't want my car to look like a shopping cart I'm just curious how high above the roof line your allowed to mount the wing within the rules. The way I read I could make it 3 feet above the roof if I wanted to. (Not that I would

IIRC in it's first year, that car DNFed every single HC race, but yes, that is the car.
For those who don't know it, picture the wing shown on the back of that Civic Si mounted to the roof of an EF hatch....

There isn't a height limit for wings, although you don't want to put it too high either.

Currently there is none. But I expect it to change in the future.

In grade school, Andrie was the kid who would remind the teacher if she forgot to give out the homework assignment just before school was over on a Friday afternoon...

LOL! Too funny Thawley. But that could not be further from the truth. However, I found as I grow older, I'm becoming more like that kid!

What - you don't think we are all trying to promote good air-foil efficiency here?

fwiw - I'm still running the stock wing on the SCCA-ITE Type R.
