I HAVE CHANGED THE FUSES AND REPLACED THE BULBS IS THERE ANY OTHER RELAY TO LOOK INTO I HAVE A 90 CIVIC WAGON THIS HAPPEND AFTER I PUT ON MY REAR JDM FOG LIGHT I THINK IT WAS WORKING BEFORE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT CHECKING IT I WIRED THE FOG INTO THE HARNESS SO THAT IT WOULD COME ON WHEN I TURN ON THE LIGHTS ITS WIERD ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON BUT NOT THE BRAKE LIGHTS OR THE 3RD BRAKE LIGHT ANY HELP PLEASE NEED TO GET CAR RUNNING SO I CAN MAKE IT TO REV AUTO MEET

Its a long shot, but you might as well eliminate this possiblity...

Look under the dash at the brake pedal, there is a small button switch along the path that depresses when you push in on the brakes... that's what makes the brake lights come on. That switch could be the problem.
