Default S2000 daily driving

How are the s2000s on daily driving and reliability. I know its a honda so the engine is strong but i hear a lot of complaints about gears grinding, ac leaking, and the rear window fogging up and limited visibility. Seems like it might be a hassle. What do you guys think

He is doing research, that's why he is on here. You guys are *********.

My S drives really good and I bought it used. I drive it about 2000 miles a month and it has been really reliable.

Gear grinds are from abuse/misuse.

A/C system holds up pretty well. It leaks when you try to bend it out of the way to install parts, or in worse cases, an accident.

Use the defroster on the rear window fog, unless you have a 2000 or 01 model, then use a rag. Microfiber preferably.

My car suffers from none of that.

its a Honda...no need to worry about reliability.

Plenty of people daily drive this car, its all about personal preference. Go test drive one and see how you like it.

I like the small go kart like cars lol. ideally i want an rx7 but i hear they are too much of a hassle when things go wrong and that things go wrong often ;( how is the interior of the s2000. I know its small but is it comfortable? lol

You can't say that and expect people to buy your car.

For daily driving, I feel like I don't have to rev up my AP2 as much as I would an AP1. I can putput around town, get 29mpg, and make reasonably good time staying under 4k rpms.

There are a few changes, with the 2.2L, headlights, taillights, bumpers and wheels being the most obvious ones.

MOST OBVIOUS. I've met people that couldn't feel the gear difference. They think its all motor.

Then again, I met a guy that asked me how much I paid for that Porsche.
