Default Camber kit inquiry

I am buying the tokico illumina shock and spring combo for my '91 CRX Si as well as the ST front and rear sway bars. I am aware that I will need a camber kit to have proper suspension geometry but I do not know which specific model I need, here are the options from an Ingalls online catalog:

3570 CRX 88-91 Front -34° to +1°
3572 CRX 88-91 Front +1.25° to 3°
3983 CRX 88-91 Rear +14° to +34°
3890 CRX 88-91Rear - 2°to +3°

Feedback is greatly appreciated

You don't need a camber kit if your toe is set to zero.

I've been doing a lot of research on this and the conclusion is that camber doesn't kill tires, toe does.

Don't spend your money on a camber kit, just get an alignment and call it a day.

So what is the point of camber kits? I thought that in order to maintain proper geometry when the car is lowered you need to adjust camber.
