Its a buddies 94 integra rs with an ls/v. When you put the key in the on posistion it just sits there and makes this ticking sound, then when you try to start it, it just sits there and cranks over and wont start... Any ideas? Im thinking the fuel pump relay...do those make a ticking sound if they go bad??
