Default why are my rpms jumping

this is my problem my lady's 00 accord ex f23 when cold and driving off while cold and barely pressing the gas it jump the rpms meaning its like 2000rpm then it jumps to like 5 then it stop then it keeps doing it until its warm its wierd what wrong with her car.

what do you mean "it jumps to like 5" five of what ?

once its warm then everything OK, then your car is normal

ok i turn on the car its cold . i put it in gear to drive its slowly is going up the rpms and it like jumps say im driving normal while its cold its say like 2000rpm when its about to change gears it jumps to like 5000 rpms changes gears and its normal until it gets threw all the gears and is warm. by the way its an automatic

You have some transmission issues. What gear change does it happen at? More than likely 1-2 shift. In that case second clutch would be bad.
Get the VIN # and post it. I can't remember if that falls under the warranty extension or not.
But either way the transmission needs to be replaced or rebuilt (either by a dealer or a qualified transmission shop)
