Default best way?

What is the best way to add power to an accord? I have NOS 50 shot, CAI, Greddy EVO exhaust, what would add a lot of power with out a turbo or supercharger. Some one told me that a good new cam would add like 30hp is this true?

he changed it!...you could add a new cam but...just get the h22 if you want an all engine car...i've heard of that engine getting around 240-260 hp at the wheels without the help of a turbo...and by the way...that NOS is gonna ruin your engine anyways...so just put a turbo on there and get it over with!

huh??? cam is not going to give you 20-30 hp at the wheels. even with tuning. to get 240-260 at the wheels with an h22 is gonna cost some money. jdm h22's are 200hp at flywheel, so lookin at around 180 whp give or take a few hp's. add some I/H/E, may bet you to around 190whp, then tuning maybe get you close to 200whp. N2O wont ruin your motor if used correctly and moderately. mainly at the track though.

Explain to me why nitrous will ruin his motor?
and what the f--k is NOS? either call it N.O.S. or nitrous.
and you could get a good company to make you a cam especially for nitrous,
but i would go ahead and get the h22 for it.

A turbo will do just as much damage as nitrous thats a lot of pressuer on the engin. A 50 shot as he said used properly wont do much damage. Anyways i have been looking in to the F-Max turbo and i plan on getting it but i dont have the money now so right now im just doing little stuff to beef up the engin.

because nitrous is a higher octane fuel it will eventually burn out your piston rings...the nitrous will also make your engine run a lot higher in temperature as well which is not a long term benefit!...nitrous will eventually wear out your engine and i agree that a turbo will do the same...that's why i said to just put the turbo on and get the destruction over with...but since you don't have a lot of money i guess you can't...what you can do however if you are knowledgeable about your engine is remove it from your car and work on it while taken out...you can have the entire block cleaned for a reasonably good price and if you want you could probably get the head ported and polished as well...this should give you some extra ponies or at least get the engine back to what it started at brand new...wear and tear is basically the reason for loss of hp over years and getting a fresh start by doing this is a good way to revive that lost power...but again...that's only if you know what you are doing and are willing to take time with it...

I like to call it N20.

The 50 shot will be okay. There are many people around who have constantly been running this low shot for years and have been OK. Now long term, like was said before, you will have some problems, such as the piston rings, but I wouldn't sweat it too much. Engines wear out, whether you have N20, a turbo, or you're all motor.

My F22b2 loves the 55 shot I feed it. I have had it for almost a year. The axles cannot handle it. Limited Slips for all!!!
