CAN I fit an usdm reinforcement bar into my jdm front radiator support ????? to replace my jdm reinforcement bar

dunno if it will fit because my jdm support is about the size of a toothe pick

 

It can be done but you need to slightly cut some of the innards of the bumper out. I've seen a thread on here with pics but I just did a quick search and couldn't find it. Now that you know its there though, go try some different combos of search words out and see if you could find it.

 

is it really that hard for you to get your hands on a JDM one??

 

if its bolt-on I will be very happy first because i dont have the oem bumper but the Mugen one but I just need to know if this thing bolt right there hehe

 

I already have my jdm right on the car but for my inspection I need to be legal

 

Yes it can be done. But it is some work. I have the USDM bar on my JDM front, but i still have to cut a little bit more cause it kind cause the bumper cover to sag a little down ward and cause a gap under the headlight.

 

Can anyone with experience post pictures to reference where to "cut a little bit" ?

who the hell takes a bumper off for an inspection
