My daily driver is a 99 CX with manual steering. I bought a complete smashed 96 si-g (same as a usdm fully loaded ex). Ive searched and havent come up with anything conclusive on what all I need to swap. My bigest concern would be the sub-frame. I dont want to get my driver torn apart only to find that the sub frame needs to be changed and dont have it at the shop. (leaving it in the other car unless needed). Basicly I need to know if anyone has added PS to a 6th gen and whether I definatelly need to swap the sub frame (hoping i dont). I know I need the rack, lines and pump.

Please don't post back on your comments of how you like to drive your car without PS because I dont care.

I would say you just need the rack, pump and hoses.

 

Thanks. There was conflicting information when I searched, some said exactally what you said, while others say you need the sub-frame.
Hope more ppl have thoughts on it.

 

I wouldn't think that Honda would put different sub frames in the same car just because that would cost them more money.
