OLD D-motor

on a d-seires motor that has 230,000 miles...what should i change to keep it running healthy?ill be buying an si with these miles on it soon.

timing belt, water pump, timing belt tensioner, valve cover gasket, thermostat.
fuel filter, distibutor cap, rotor, plugs, wires
