Default Smoke from oil cap. more details inside.

I have a b16 with a JRSC on it. OK, at the end of last season I blew a headgasket. Checked the compression, all was fine. Now this season I reassembled with a new headgasket and ARP headstuds. I fire it up, seems to pull OK, a little on the weak side, but seems OK. Checked my A/F with a wideband.....11.5 which is pretty damn safe for 9 psi. Now I'm experiencing smoke between shifts, and billowing from the oil cap when I remove it. Car pulls OK under accel with no smoke, smokes only between shifts. So I know somethings not right, idling a little rough. Pull the plugs.........all of them oily. Compression test 190-10-10-190. Added oil saw little to no increase in compression. I know this sounds like fried ring lands but I really really really really don't think it is. When I had the head off before putting in the new HG, I looked at all the cly walls and there was no scoring, cracks or anything. I'm in the process of getting a leakdown tester and will have more details of the problem when I do some more work when I get home. The only thing that has me stumped, is that if the headgasket just seated like ****, would it give me low compression numbers? Or did I destroy a bunch of ring lands in a matter of 40 mins of driving with a 11.5 A/F ratio?.......which I can't imagine.

Hopefully some local honda thug can come through for me and I can get this bish up and runnin before the weekend. I'm so sick of pulling motors it's rediculous.

Dont pull it, tear it down in the car. Might want to do that leakdown test first though.
