so i bent a bunch of valves on my y8 head, found a z6 head locally. i'm gonna swap all the stuff off the y8 head onto the z6 and run it obd2.

but some people are saying that the y8 dizzy won't work with the z6 cam ... any truth to this? anyone put a y8 dizzy on a z6 head before?

 

the z6/z1 dizzy bolt pattern is differant than the rest, so it wont work.

it'll work but you'll have to "modify" some of the holes to make it line up. Its no big deal just get a tubular file and mod it.

 

nah i'll probably get the z6 dizzy and swap the guts over. anyone ever do that and know what's involved?
