Default b18a fired up, now it wont wtf!?!

ok, background
i installed the motor in my 93 da, got it running and everything seemed ok. the car wasnt cooling down when it overheated so today i changed the water pump. i lingned up the mark on the oil pump and the mark on the crankshaft and also put the cam gears with the "up" pointing up and than i installed the timing belt. put everything back together and started the car. it fired right up. was running a little rough so i moved the dizzy all the way towards the frnt of the car and the car shut off. i tried firing it up and nothing, all i saw was smoke coming from exhaust. than i remember that i didnt tightened the crank pulley bolt (i dont know if this matters).
now i get code 15 which is ignition output signal but i get spark! im stumped.
Anyone know what could be wrong? any help is appriciated
sorry for the long paragraph

i dont get code 15 anymore. i still get spark and the car has fuel. no cel light at all. could it be the dizzy timing is off?? i have moved the dizzy and when i move it to the front the motor wants to start and kinda fires up and i give it gas and just a lot of smoke comes out but doesnt fully start!
