on this car, i can turn it off but still put the windows up. is this a stock feature or was this rigged by someone, i know newer cars can do this but i wasnt sure if this feature went back this far in time

 

if you turn off the car you can roll up the windows, until you open the car door. If you turn the car off, open the door, and then try to roll up the window, it won't work. None of the other accessory items will have power (ie. radio, cig power outlet, etc.) with the key out.
