95 GSR 4dr Turbo With 270 to the wheel and can with held 30lb of boost need to tune

It has JE 9.0:1 forged
pistons, crower forged rods, sleaved by golden eagle,
0-ringed, 3 angle valve job, arp head studs, new oil
pump, new water pump, new timing belt, all new
bearings, seals and gaskets, and zero balanced. the
turbo is a drag gen 3 kit with tubonetics t3/t4,
spearco intercooler, crome piping, blitz blow off
valve, turbonetics delta gate waste gate, gm 3bar map
sensor, and blitz turbo timer. Enging management is an
aem ems standalone. other mods include, rc 550cc injectors,
aem fuel rail, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, h&r coilovers,
suspension techniques sway bars, nuespeed strut braces and
tie bars, energy suspension, polyuerethane engine mounts and
shifter bushings, dc short through shifter, brembo cross drilled and
slotted rotors, aem brake pads, msd ignition, carsound
high flow cat, 2.5 inch exhaust with apexi n1
muffler,and a shift light. i knoe i'm missing some stuff but yeah i need a place to tune my car
