Default questions about suspension

I have some questions about a suspension setup for a 98 GS-R. I have to admit I know next to nothing about suspension except from hearsay.

The first question is that I wanted to get a Ground Control coilover setup matched to 4 Koni Yellows. How could I find those for a decent price?

Also I was thinking about getting a rear lower tie bar. I heard that this should be the first and most effective bar to get.

I was also wondering about traction bars and lower control arms. What benefit would aftermarket control arms be for a DC2? I know the benefit of traction bars, but are they somewhat easy to install myself?

Sorry for being such a noob at suspension, but if anyone has turbo questions, I can help.

lower control arms do nothing but add bling to your car. maybe stifer bushings then stock but thats it.

and shave like 2 pounds off per side.

Rear lower tie bar does almost nothing for you. The most cost effective chassis bar is a solid front upper strut bar. The most cost effective "bar" is a Progress rear sway bar. The most effective change you can make to improve handling is tires.

You don't need to change your lower control arms since your car comes factory with swaybars.

You could probably do the traction bar yourself. Are you having problems with wheel hop? Try motor mount inserts, a front lower H brace, and/or urethane bushings. This is assuming your tire choice isn't stupid.
