I'm new to this forum and new to CRX's actually. I've had this car for about 5 months with no problem and today my car wouldn't start. At first I thought the battery was dead and tried to push start but that wouldn't work. So I went to kragen's and bought a new battery.

I pu the battery in and tried to start the car but it won't start. I hear the engine trying to start but it just won't. Somebody please help me.

 

does it have any gas in the tank?

i'm a noob lol... yes it does have gas in the tank. a full tank. i tried everything that I could think of. I think maybe the new battery wasn't put in probably. so i take it out and put it back in again.

 

if ti turns over but wont start, check your fuse for your fuel pump. its the one lables solinoid under the dash

 

lol i had to ask the question. if its cranking over then its not your batt.

 

hey i have a 91 crx and when i first got it id did the same thing. here is a hint, change the main relay. its almost right under that little compartment on the drives left hand side. its like above the hood release lever. well its in the area. if not that are you getting a spark. also check you dizzy. it could be somthing there.

no problem..... lol... after you said that I went to go check my tank.... just incase someone stole it over night.... you know with gas prices so damn high in california i wouldn't put it past anybody to steal some gas from someone...
