well i found a 1991 civic Si for 1300 but he's willing to lower price .it has 230,000...is it worth it?ill ask 1500.

 

pics will be great.... Well depending where you live and how famous are EF's.....
check for dents or rust?
how is the paint ?
and for 230,000 you probably need a rebuild or a swap


Ill say $800

 

If he wants 1300 why offer 1500 offer no more than 1000 and have cash but work up from 800 and you might do better.

He wants $13, but you'll offer $15??
Since there are no pics, I'd say if he is asking $1300, I'd offer him $1000 cash providing theres no rust, no major body damage, and it runs. For every thing wrong I'd start backing off of that $1000.

 

I think we need to see some pics in here...and I agree with everyone else, why offer 15 when he wants 13? lol
