a whole b16 swap.

i coulndt believe it. I started laughing. I mean the leaf is in perfect form. Had to be in the oil pan that was put on after the motor was boosted (that i didnt know about) From the previous owner.. hmmm

yea that dose look fishy.. i mean lets say it feel in through the oil cap, during a oil cahnge, how would it travel from the top of the motor, and down to the bottom and stay intact?

Isn't that just the copper from the spun bearing?

I'm guessing the leaf could have clogged the pickup.

what im betting happened was this. he changed the oil pan becuae the motor was boosted. Put the untapped oil pan on . Obviously he didnt look hard enough to see if it was clean. And a leaf musta been tucked in there somewhere. and i was the unforunate ******* to suck it up.

Either way it sucked. After about 3 months later i got the car back on the road.

Only good thing is that i ended up with a b18c block instead of the b16 block.

But whatever i thought it was rather amusing seeing that there when i took the pan off.

And in the midst of tearing the block apart i cut a nice chunk outta my thumb on the crank. those bitches are sharp!

All natural, please give a couple hundred thousand years to convert the leaf into crude oil.

WTF, almost as weird as my car.

Few months ago i kept getting CEL 22 oil pressure sensor error's, used to clean the sensor and it would be fine for half a day then would get the CEL again. So i thought i'd take the solonoid off and check the mesh in the gasket, took it all apart and a dead fly came out soaked in oil It's been fine ever since though
