Default Is lighter flywheel actually better?

I am buying a new clutch and a figure might as well replace flywheel too while the tranny is off. anyways the kits on ebay are 269 for a exedy clutch and 7.4 lb fidanza flywheel, or 299 for a exedy clutch and exedy 9.5 lb flywheel. Id rather go with the cheaper since i know fidanza is a good brand, but im afraid 7.4 lbs is just TOO light for my setup. im running a b16a2, so im already lacking in low end. how is the lightened flywheel going to affect my car, and will 7.4 be way too light? My car is daily driven, occasionally ran hard, not a track car. any suggestions would be appreciated.

it will take time to get used to... you will over rev all the time...

if you drive alot on the streets, it could be a lil annoying over reving the **** out of it! haha

NVM, sorry -- I don't really see a problem with it, like he said, u'll overrev until you get used ot it as it'll be a lot less for the crank to turn.....but I don't see a problem...again I could be wrong and overlooking something..
